Research Interests:
My research interests include both statistical methodology and disease-specific clinical research biostatistics. My statistical research areas include methods for multivariate random length data such as cardiac data with both number and sizes of stenosis as outcomes, assessing reliability/agreement of new measurement scales/methods, evaluating performance of new medical diagnostic tests, missing data, correlated categorical data and methods for clinical trials. My collaborative research include the following clinical areas: cardiovascular disease, renal disease, reproductive medicine, Parkinson disease, pediatric HIV/AIDS, mulnutrition and aging.
