Computational Methods for Decoding Gene Regulation in Single Cells

Seminar Series

Monday, February 15, 2021 - 12:00

Abstract:  Dr. Ji's research focuses on developing innovative statistical and computational methods for analyzing big and complex genomic data, particularly data from single-cell sequencing and immunology studies. Dr. Ji designs user-friendly software tools to deliver these analytical methods to the scientific community. He applies these tools to study gene expression and gene regulatory programs in immunology, cancer, and development.
