Join the Sequencing and Genomic Technologies (SGT) Core Facility as they host PacBio for a seminar about long read sequencing. Attendees can join in person or via Zoom.

Long read sequencing is an important compliment to short-read sequencing, as areas of the genome remain inaccessible to short-read sequencing.
This seminar will
- Introduce attendees to long read sequencing, particularly PacBio sequencing, which has incredible accuracy
- Discover new methods such as MAS-seq that reduce costs and are compatible with already built 10x libraries
- Learn how SGT can help design your experiments, build and sequence your libraries, and analyze your data
