In this seminar, we will discuss multiple testing correction and go over some common approaches and considerations when our collaborators have multiple variables that that they want inference on. We will be covering topics such as Family-wise Error Rate (FWER), False Discovery Rate (FDR), Bonferroni correction, Holm correction, and Benjamini-Hochberg FDR correction. The seminar will be half presentation and half discussion.
