Faculty Frank Rockhold was recently elected chairman of the board of directors of Frontier Research and Technology Foundation. He has served on the board of directors for the past six years. “I am honored to be selected as only the third board chair in the 46-year history of Frontier. My goal is to guide the organization and uphold the scientific and public health principles of the late Dr. Marvin Zelen, the founder of Frontier and its longtime chairman.”
Dr. Rockhold’s research interests include clinical trials design, data monitoring, benefit/risk, and safety and pharmacovigilance. Dr. Rockford has been a leader in the scientific community in promoting data disclosure and transparency in clinical research.
Frontier Science & Technology Research Foundation is a not-for profit corporation that was founded in 1975. It provides data management and statistical organization, collaboration with research networks, pharmaceutical companies and others in the design, conduct and execution of clinical trials and long-term observation studies. Frontier Science has over 250 biostatisticians, technicians and support staff in three locations in the United States, and European affiliates in Greece and Scotland.
