The School of Medicine Office for Faculty Development recently announced the 2022 participants in its ALICE program, a yearlong leadership development program for mid-career women faculty in leadership roles. Lisa Wruck, PhD is the second faculty member from the Department of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics to be chosen for this program. “I have heard wonderful things about the ALICE program and am excited and grateful for the opportunity to participate,” said Dr. Wruck.

The ALICE - Academic Leadership, Innovation, and Collaborative Engagement - program provides instruction in key leadership competencies and a unique peer-mentoring experience with women from across the School of Medicine and provides in-depth opportunities for leadership skill development, personal reflection and goal setting, peer-mentoring, and structured 360 feedback. This year the program begins next month and will conclude in November, 2022.

Congratulations to Lisa!
