Sequencing Core adds new high throughput nucleic acid extraction services
The Sequencing and Genomic Technologies Shared Resource now provides Nucleic Acid extraction services on their new QIAsymphony robot. This service provides researchers with fast turnaround time, high reproducibility through standardized processing of large sample batches (96 samples at a time) and seamless integration with our NGS library preparation services.
The shared resource currently offers total RNA extraction from blood samples in PAXgene tubes for $30 per sample. Visit the sample requirement page for more information on how to submit your samples.
Contact the Sequencing and Genomic Technologies Shared Resource if you have large amount of samples to extract. The QIAsymphony can automate many types of DNA and RNA extractions from a broad range of sample types.
