Clustering and Visualization of Single-Cell Data Based on Association Plots

Professor Vingron's research focuses on computational molecular biology, with major areas of interest including computational regulatory genomics, particularly the interplay between DNA sequence and epigenetic mechanisms in gene regulation. His work also investigates human genomic variation, such as structural variation, and its role in genetic disease through regulatory mechanisms. In addition, he conducts research in transcriptomics and single-cell transcriptomics to better understand gene expression and cellular diversity.
