As spatial transcriptomics becomes a more prevalent tool in cancer, neurology studies and more, do you wonder how to analyze the data to make sense of the biology? This workshop includes three hands-on sessions (1.5-2 hours each), that will: •Introduce the 10x Visium platform: experimental procedures, applications, advantage & disadvantage compared to other technologies •Teach you step-by-step the analysis for Visium data: preprocessing, clustering and visualization •Downstream analyses: integration with single-cell data, using deconvolution tools to find cell types and cell-cell interactions
