Speaker

Anisha Chandiramani, MD, Nancy Crego, PhD, MSN, Ben Goldstein, PhD
In this seminar, participants will learn about the structure and organization of medical record data, and use the Duke FCAP system to query data and gain hands-on experience with the platform. The Duke Federated Clinical Analytics Platform (FCAP) is a secure and protected environment allowing access to de-identified medical record data. The seminar will be at an introductory level with foundational concepts around how patient medical record data are structured. Participants will also engage with hands-on exercises to construct FCAP queries for insights using medical record data. This event is hosted by North Carolina Central University (NCCU), the Duke Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI), the Duke-NCCU Bridge Office, and the Duke AI Health Community of Practice. Light refreshments will be served.
